I gave bad service because when I stayed there suddenly someone knocked on the door very loudly repeatedly as if they were going to break it down when I opened it I saw a hotel employee in a blue uniform on the phone not far from my room door with a friend of mine who I never gave my room number to, especially the floor of the room... so my friend must have known from the hotel employee the room number I was staying in... what happened when I opened the door and my friend entered the room I thought I could talk to my friend but what happened was my friend tried to harass me and wanted to ********** me I managed to fight back and kick him out yesterday but I was traumatized.. I had time to tell the male receptionist on duty that Friday morning that it was the wrong room and there was no apology from the hotel employee who knocked on my room that morning and disturbed my comfort while I was still sleeping... how could an outsider enter until the front of the guest room which was clearly clear. I stayed there and couldn't go to other floors except with the help of someone in the hotel... how is the privacy of the guest room if so.....finally I decided not to stay at Cordela Kramat Raya again...it was really disappointing

The hotel service is very good. Thanks to the help of the front desk, many troublesome problems were solved. I will choose your hotel next time!

Very strategic, close to everywhere

The hotel is close to everywhere but unfortunately the cleanliness is lacking for the room, the bed liner has never been changed, never cleaned, swept or mopped even though it is requested to be cleaned every day. It is very difficult to change the bed liner, think about the health of the guest, each person has a different body, who knows, the previous guest had tinea versicolor or the room was used for ****** ****, the spilled water must have been left on the mattress. Please note that it is not difficult to change the bed liner. FOR HYGIENE PURPOSE PLEASE CHANGE YOUR BED LINER EVERY SINGLE DAY THANKS

The hotel has a strategic position, close to the city center and several public transportation options. In front of the hotel there are many places to eat, both restaurants and roadside tents. No need to be afraid to starve. The rooms are neat and comfortable
