Highly recommended hotel! The staff is lovely, helpful, they speak perfect English, they try to help you with absolutely everything. As for the facilities, the bathrooms are kept super clean by the staff (as a drawback, I would say that they would need some more toilets and showers), the common areas are also fine but the people who stay there are very dirty and noisy, which is a bit of a downside, which is not the fault of the hotel, of course. Maybe they should emphasize more the noise schedule and close the doors, as well as explain to the guests that they should keep the common areas clean. The rooms are very good, I would add a blackout blind so that no light comes in and you can sleep comfortably, that the music from the panel could not be activated during sleep hours and that the air conditioning could be programmed from the panel since a short person would not be able to open and close the duct. Large and comfortable bed, very clean sheets and towels that are changed daily. You can buy food, ice cream and coffee from vending machines.
