Ascott Jakarta

The service is great and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. It’s a walking distance to 3 malls that I planned to go shopping. I might choose this hotel again if I ever come back to Jakarta ☺️

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the in-room amenities and the overall modern yet cozy ambiance. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, maintaining high standards throughout. The facilities, including the gym, pool, and restaurant, were excellent. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. Overall, I highly recommend Ascott Jakarta to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in the city, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic location within walking distance to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, and Thamrin City. Highly recommended! The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy access to a nearby mosque for Friday prayers as well.

My son had left his Handphone in the room and when we came back at night his iPhone LCD cracked and scratched.Spoke to guest relations staff Jordon about this matter and he seem not to understand keep on saying oh you lost phone and now found already.After repeated a few time he still have the cheek to answer I don’t understand you what a joke spoke to him in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The next day morning spoke to Rizky from reception and was directed to Fernando and Reza from guest services.Today received final email from Reza saying that they will close the case with no compensation as there is no concrete evidence.Such a disappointment.Logically if nobody had touched the phone how can the LCD cracked and scratched Of course the staff will deny because they know there is no cctv in the room so there is no evidence to proof what happened

Nice hotel.I loved the smell of the hotel once I entered the hotel..I loved the ambience of the hotel-cozy,elegance not forgetting the greenary surraounding.The location was convenience for us “ladies” as near malls,shopping area and eateries.Also we loved the spa,the room and “jahe pappermint”😊..The service was great.But I think the hotel can improved the choices of breakfast- can add more variety of Indonesian cuisine.By the way,I had my uji matcha n gelato in Jakarta instead of in Japan😊

The staff upgrade our studio room to one bedroom , very satisfied and will repeat again ..breakfast also nice
