Lobby is a five star standard. Only lobby. But the room was filty especially the toilet. Algae was everywhere on the wall. Dirty bed sheet, Very Dirty towel which we need to buy our own. Dirty room and bed sheet and pillow smells very bad ordor. Iron board was stained. Toilet roll was not changed. I asked for a higher floor but the front desk receptionist was not professional in managing guest! Every night sleeps thru sweat as the aircon was not cold and very low blowing air. It was rated as 5 star?? It was supposed to be my birthday celebrations flying to jakarta but worst ever hotel I ever stayed in my life. Worst birthday celebrations ever. Even I put remarks in my booking that celebrating my birthday and I was wrong to chose this 5 star hotel. Very disappointed and very frustrated. Change room when I requested, but same standard from the room before except slightly brighter light. Maintenance Manager, did you check the hygiene of your so cald 5 stars rooms and toilet? I can only describe overall, Filthy hotel that I ever stayed. Fall sick now because of the unhygienic room stayed!

the place is in the center of jakarta, very convenient for me to hop on to another place with ease. maybe because of the high season, we just got the different room types from what we've ordered. we got twin bed instead king bed and the slippers was none to be seen because they were empty

Hotel is heritage... service and staff very polite and humble

Do not stay at this hotel. So I had mistakenly booked a twin room on trip.com and asked the hotel if they were able to switch it to a king bed. They said they could not fulfill our request, which was reasonable. So after being that we went into our room to find the room a complete mess, with the blankets stained, bathroom dirty and windows with mold. We promptly contacted receptionist to which they said they’ll investigate it. At that time they had our luggage somewhere and said they’ll investigate we’re going to deliver it to us. We waited for 40 minutes before receiving an update. They upgraded us to the deluxe twin room but the upgraded room was also not up to standard. For a “5 Star” hotel having the sink create a noise and have dirty rooms with chewing gum under the bed is unacceptable. The hotel manager sent us desert to our room as sorry but it cannot change our mind that the hotel needs serious improvement in its hygiene.

The cleanliness is so bad, the condition inside the hotel that has very good is only at the lobby, but when it come to the corridor direct you to your room, the condition is bad, the room condition also bad, the toilet is not clean, the toilet bowl also bad condition. At first I choose this hotel because it shows 5 star, I booked for 4 days and 3 night. But when I arrived a bit late to indonesia at 8 pm, body also got so much hectic, and the room condition is like hell, I cannot tolerate anymore. I just stay for 1 night and tomorrow on second day I booking for another hotel. I try to get the refund from the hotel, even I know that the policy is non refund but this matter and flaws is not from me, but from the hotel itself, who can stand to stay at this kind of room. I even don't get the refund. So I choose to choose other hotel. Overall is very bad2 experience ever in this hotel. The good thing is only their staff, their staff is very2 good, but the condition of the hotel is not recommended at all.

It's quite clean, but still have so many improvement, aware to customer request, breakfast service (this is the first time I have to wait in queue to get into restaurant, while other guests just walked through it), malfunction of my main door room. Amenities needs attention cause its didn't enough for 2 times bathing. Overall this hotel is still too far to claim itself to five star hotel.
