Overall, it was an average hotel stay. The room looked old, and there were noticeable stains on the floor, so some renovation and better cleaning would improve the experience. On the positive side, the swimming pool was huge and enjoyable, and the service staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The views are truly beautiful, and the staff were all very friendly and smiled. However, to be honest, those are the only good points. They give you two different card keys: one for the room and one for the elevator, so you have to be careful managing them. There was a constant water leak from the pipes, making part of the bathroom floor wet, which led to an infestation of small flies. The towels smelled of fabric softener, so they were probably washed, but they seemed hand-washed and still had stains. The sheets and pillows also had noticeable stains. It might be okay for a one-night stay, but staying here for multiple nights would be tough.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The facilities are poor and not maintained. The wardrobe door handle fell off with just a touch, which was quite startling (they clearly knew it was broken but didn't fix it). The wooden floorboards were rotting and bulging, making it incredibly dangerous – watch out for scrapes on your feet. They even forgot to refill the shampoo and body wash, which shows a huge problem with their regular management. In the evening, the restaurant had a lot of mosquitoes and slow service. The location isn't convenient for getting around without a car. I absolutely do not recommend this place!!! I'm checking out early tomorrow to "escape" this terrible place!!!

The room was on the 31st floor, so the view was absolutely amazing. We even saw fireworks at night since it was Independence Day (they were small though). You could also clearly see the trains! However, the shower room didn't seem to have been cleaned properly as there was hair in the drain. Overall, it's an old hotel, but I'd recommend it if you're looking for a great view, especially for train enthusiasts.

The room was surprisingly old and rundown. I'm a retired traveler, on the road about 250 days a year. I had a great experience at the Best Western Bandung previously, so I booked this hotel without hesitation. However, it turned out to be the worst accommodation I've stayed in so far. The windows were covered with an ill-fitting film that was peeling off, and the flooring was torn in several places. The towels had dates or serial numbers written on them with a pen, and the wardrobe only had one door. There was no safety deposit box, and the TV was small, old, and couldn't even get proper channels. I don't know what other room types are like, but hosting guests in a room like this is a matter of basic conscience. The breakfast was average, but the food quality wasn't good. On the bright side, the swimming pool facilities were nice, and I could buy beer at the convenience store in the basement. I also appreciated the kindness of the doorman and guard who ran to open the door for me from a distance.

First visit to this hotel. Breakfast was excellent with variety of choices and good hospitality and attendance. Room service excellent. I have requested for additional mineral water and the give it with free of charge. Hotel lobby huge. No deposit payment upon check in.

Nice, fast, clean, and easy. Felt just like home, with friendly customer service and practicality.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. Room is big and need some work. There is a clean swimming pool. Breakfast is okay, overall it is a comfortable stay.

It's a bit of a walk from the station. The distance is a bit far if you're carrying a suitcase. The room was good, but be aware of peak times when the elevator can get crowded. Breakfast offered a good variety, but I'd rate it 3 stars.

It was good but AC was not working and they did not fix even after telling them. It was like living under open Sun. Such a terrible experience

When we checked in 1st day we were in a room with bad AC.. we got a new room directly. Room and amenities are good. Breakfast buffet good and diverse

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are clean and I love high floors. The hotel arranged the 33rd floor for us, and the view was truly amazing.

The male manager at the front desk was terrible, charging us maliciously. The sheets were old and unclean, and I broke out in a rash after sleeping on them!
