Donโ€™t stay there too much cockroach also bad smell too much dust also I check out from after 5minutes not giving refund side of hotel , but trip.com cover my refund thanks trip.con

The hotel is badly run down. Small cockraches running in the room. Bad smell. Smelly towels. Seriously need renovations. I won't recommend it

Centrally located hotel with a beautiful view of the Jakarta city, clean room n comfy bed. Polite n welcoming staff . Asked for late check out bcos of late evening flight agreed for it. Thanks teddy the receptionist for ur help for late check out. We will come back again....

The most annoying thing was that the hot water would sometimes come out and sometimes not. The shower switch was broken, so it was hard to get the shower to work. You might need a tool. There was only one hairdryer in the hotel, so if you came at the wrong time you couldn't borrow one. There's a mall nearby, so it's convenient. The hotel staff were very kind. The price was reasonable, so it might be fine for a short stay.

The room facilities are too old and not clean. I arrived in the early morning of the first day. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and the telephone in the room was not working. It was too late and I was tired so I didn't change it.

This is an old hotel that is more than 20 years old. The appearance is wrong. The rooms have not been renovated. The bathtub is dirty and there are many cockroaches.

Terrible!! I feel I have to write this to warn other travelers. This was the worst and most unhygienic room we have ever stayed in over 40 years of travels. And we have stayed in cheaper options. The lobby has been refurbished by looks and is nice but the rest of the hotel is severely run down and dirty. If we hadn't of arrived at midnight (after flight delays) and needed to rise at 5am to get a train, I would have walked out and gone to another hotel. We were dead tired after 24hrs straight travel. The room smelt terrible, holes in everything, and mold everywhere. Find another option please.
