We stayed at Merlynn Park Hotel Jakarta during a business trip. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was working properly. When the phone in our room stopped working, we were quickly moved to another room without any issues — thanks to the staff for their prompt and professional service. The spa is excellent and open until 11 PM, which is very convenient after a working day. Room service is also available, making it easy to order food to the room. As a small downside, all three restaurants offer the same menu, and it would be nice to have more variety.

Got swimming pool indoor and outdoor. Toobad indoor was under renocation till 3/3. The room consider big rven my room is the lowest tier also got bathtub I got issue with the bathub, no individual shower spot. Which im ok but no place to hang the shower head. So have to keep holding if im not using bathtub to take shower This is old hotel but the good thing is the buffet. Best buffet so far for me alot of choices

They don't know English bad communication with all the staff, the pool out of order and they didn't say it at the beginning, the lights in the room come and go, for the room service to get food in the room they are extremely slow sometimes it takes hours

Just stay for 1 night. Staff very friendly. Location .. need use grab to go nearest destination. Room very big and clean . Breakfast very nice. Many choices. Recommend

Really disappointed. There were insects crawling around in the breakfast area (I have photos). Definitely not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. Hygiene needs serious improvement.

Location wasn’t too good due to being far from malls. Staff were helpful and accommodating. However the hotel was abit old, towels had a funky smell, room even if they were on a non smoking floor still had the smell of smoke and sinks were choked. Would give a 5 star rating if these were resolved.

Everything was very good. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. There was no bathrobe in my room, but it wasn’t a problem. The TV already supports Netflix and YouTube. The gym facilities are well-equipped, and the swimming pool is nice. I hope I can come back here again soon.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable beds. Housekeeping standards are consistent, and amenities meet expectations. Wi-Fi connectivity is reliable, which is a plus for those working during their stay. The breakfast buffet offers a decent variety of local and international dishes, catering to different tastes, though peak hours can get crowded.

Satisfied with it's facilities. There is some pool in wide area. Got so many varieties of breakfast food. Location in central Jakarta with easy transportation access. Receptionist also got a good attitude. Welcome snacks and drink and some mini playground made it perfect.

All was very good until we were stopped by a security staff at Gym room for not wearing sports shoes. Normally we only lift weight for a few minutes and use the bike, not long enough to sweat, then we leave. Wearing sports shoes is the universal rule but in other hotels & resorts, no one stop us. We have traveled in Asia about 3 to 5 times a years within these 20 years and this was the 1st time we faced such a thing. It ruins our whole stay. This hotel also makes sure that the slippers they give must be used in the room only, not in the pool area and restaurant. So many rules! The feeling we have is like they want to stop us from using their facilities which are outdated and old. Doing hotel business needs a bit of flexibility. It doesn’t harm. We are old people traveling to rest. We don’t stay here to cause damage or to do anything bad. This is a huge city hotel. Need to walk a bit to see local sellers for snacks. Got room 2103 which is a huge room. Housekeeping staff should use soft brush with cleaning liquid to brush around the faucet bases at face basin and bathtub. They renovated the outdoor large pool from Nov 2 to 5 so we only could swim in the indoor pool (super cold at night) and the small outdoor pool. Very windy on 7th floor. A lot to eat at breakfast buffet. Many types of foods.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. It's definitely worth recommending.

Isn't first time and will not last. Soo good so clean
