The Orient Jakarta, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

Great location, close to the exhibition center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are professional and friendly. Group check-in was handled efficiently, and the dining options and lobby space easily catered to the needs of our business delegation. Overall, a great stay experience, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay and felt completely comfortable and well taken care of from the very first minute. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The room was very beautiful and stylishly furnished, offering a great view. Overall, everything was just perfect and made our stay truly special. We would book here again anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's location is ideal, the design is strong, and it offers great value for money. The bedding is incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly every night. The gym, spa, and pool are all impeccable, and both the rooftop restaurant and the ground floor restaurant maintain a very high standard. I'd give it a 99 out of 100. It's my go-to hotel whenever I return to Jakarta. The only major drawback is that it can be quite noisy facing the street, especially with speeding cars late at night. So, earplugs are a must~ But personally, I completely accept it.

This hotel boasts beautiful and very photogenic facilities. All the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast includes local cuisine. The downstairs restaurant also offers a wide variety of delicious local dishes. Furthermore, it's conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to access shopping and entertainment areas like SCDB and Blok M.

Perhaps because it was a Sunday, the front desk staff and the restaurant staff next to them were very pushy, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Everyone, including the porter, seemed irritated. The pool on the 5th floor was the best place to relax! The jacuzzi was very warm and made me feel so calm. I chose this hotel because I like Bencley, but I don't think I'd want to stay here again.

Great location and friendly service. There's a subway and BRT stop right in front of the accommodation, and it's easy to catch a Grab. Being right in front of a main road, the noise might be a concern for some, and they actually asked me about it during checkout. But it wasn't an issue for me; I didn't even use the earplugs provided in the room. The swimming pool is also as stunning as it looks in the pictures. I only stayed one night because I was moving to another city, but if I ever come back to Jakarta, I'd definitely want to stay for several nights.
