Other expectations, in the picture it looks beautiful, clean and the room is spacious. but in reality the room is small, smelly, not clean. before check-in time the accommodation also told us using email that if we do not inform the accommodation in advance before 5 o'clock, IF we arrive late at the hotel after 5 o'clock, they will sell our room. even though we have paid in full. when it came time to check in the room was not ready yet. On booking it says "soundproof room" but in reality we can hear the room above even if their pull out a chair.
When checking in, the room was not ready (1 room was ready, 1 room was not ready) so we kept our luggage near room 1 which was ready. Then we went out to find food because it was a long day of travel. Then when we returned to the hotel to rest, there was a mouse in the room nibbling on sugar (reference picture shown). Wanted to change the room that night they said there were no available rooms. What do you think when you are tired from a whole day of travel but that's what you get? not at all what you expect. Then they PROMISED to change the room tomorrow. But the next day, when we asked they said they couldn't change because THE ROOM WAS FULL.
With the air conditioner leaking in the room. I told the reception but nothing happened. still the same until I checked out. Just open the door to the room, the smell is immediately musty. Not recommend and will not come back here again. Thanks
