Great location. Walking distance to the city center. Wonderful views of Jakarta's skyscrapers from the terrace. The room is small, and the grounds aren't very clean. But the low price makes up for it.

Bed was uneven and with squeaking sound. Poor sound proofing and can hear next room noises clearly. Walking distance to Monas, Mosque, Cathedral and fountain. Fine for a night or two stays.

It's close to Monas, so the location is good. When I arrived at the room, they gave me stained and torn towels. The bathroom needed cleaning. The room smelled unpleasant and was full of cobwebs. Make sure there aren't any mosquitoes.

A deposit of Rp100,000 is required before check-in. The room was reasonably clean, but some unseen areas like corners and under shelves were a bit dirty. The shower had plenty of hot water, but there was no hairdryer in the room. The location is inconvenient due to the narrow roads, and it takes a considerable amount of time to call a taxi, especially on rainy days. Laundry service is available for an additional fee if you ask the hotel front desk staff.
