Room and facilities were old , however well maintained. Horizontal club wasn’t the best amongst Shangri-La hotels.. afternoon tea very little choices. Breakfast up to standard. Not the best value for this price with lounge

A hotel is in very good location. A hotel is very clean , a big room and swimming pool area is huge , very good for children. Lots of variety food in breakfast, from Asian and western.

Got a Horizon Club room for less than the deluxe type. Since it was a long weekend, it was super crowded during check-in, but someone helped manage the queue, so it didn't take too long. Horizon Club guests can check in at the lounge on the 23rd floor, which also includes complimentary afternoon tea. Free soft drinks, coffee, tea, cookies, cakes, and nuts are available. The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was large, and there's a water playground for kids. Breakfast at Satoo was excellent with many choices. However, because it was so crowded, we were seated at the Jia restaurant across the way, but we could still get food from Satoo.

Facilities: Full of old money vibes, perfectly hitting all my aesthetic sweet spots. Cleanliness: Very clean. Linens were changed and cleaning was done promptly. Environment: Excellent. A true paradise for vacationers. You can eat, drink, and have fun all within the hotel. Service: Fantastic! Everyone was enthusiastic and proactive. We love our stay in Shangrila, comfortable in every way, only there is no coffee machine in the rooms, and only provide standard nescafe instead of gold nescafe. Other than that we are satisfied for your service, and happy to be back another time.
