I stay in jakarta for a couple of nigt. Same hotel chain but made different chanel booking engine. One via trip and another one through hotel website. I am so impressed once I reached hotel the one I book via trip the staff acknowledge me and what ever the requirements I made all in order. And they recognised me. My room was superb at highest floor and it was a smoking room. What more there is a welcome note with a slice of cake. Hotel facilities perfect with self service laundry room with ironing facilities washing machine and of course dryer. Restaurant are cosy with deem light which is not suitable for breakfast. This one need to be improve. Location just behind Sarinah and convenience if you want shop around the hotel . A lot bistro , cafe and shops. Room facilities totally impressed me. Everything so detailed the way they set up the room. I will recommend this hotel for all type of travellers, since they have everything. Once I check out and move to the other hotel which I book through thier online website. 360° change.

No bidet. No Arabic channels. The towels are old and need to be replaced. The street has random stalls and bad smells. There are many beggars in front of the hotel.

The hotel service was excellent. When I arrived, the staff proactively helped me with my luggage, and everyone was smiling. The room was very clean, although there was still a faint smell of renovation, but it was actually fine. The breakfast selection was decent, and it wasn't noisy at night, which was good.

The room is designed nicely, combining oriental style and minimalist. The only thing is the desk for doing some work is a bit tight. I personally think the kettle and cups can be allocated in different spot. Breakfast is nice although not so many selections. Overall I recommend this property and will be returning again if I have any future trip to Jakarta.
