Bordeaux Properties in Central Jakarta

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. My first experience was great, but the second one was not so great. During my stay, the bathroom smelled like cigarette although I was on a non-smoking floor. Also, the noise from the other room really disturbed my sleep. Cleanliness was rather poor since there were many stains on the beddings and walls. The shower did not spray really well when I turned it to the left for hot water, so I had to be really patient when taking a shower. However, the service of the receptionist was great. They were polite. You can request them to keep your baggage before you check in as well as after you check out. Location was great. Near Glodok, National Museum, Bakmi GM, etc.

Room and stay here was overall pleasant. Has a small mall in the same building with eateries and convenience store which is great. Realized I left an item behind in the room 3mins after getting into the taxi and after checkout. Quickly U-turned back and front desk staff Aurora helped me back up to the room to retrieve the left behind item.

Happy to stay at POP hotel. The location is very convenient for me. Value for money. But not convenient the table area. No light to shine the table. Quiet dark for me to work. And also no power point at the table for me to charge my laptop.

I booked room with CITY VIEW, but they gave me room without ANY windows. Thank god the next receptionist could change my room to another room with window/city view. But still, it wasted my time to move my stuff from one room to another.
