Good location, staffs were helpful and attentive especially the breakfast greeter lady named Weni. I appreciate her kindness and politeness very much. Her standard belongs to higher level hotel such as Ritz or Raffles, tbh.
Anyway, although I didn't find anything wrong with this hotel, I just didn't feel the "5-star" here.

Pros: great location near MRT. Nice pool and rooftop area. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: poor noise insulation - could hear traffic noise and neighbors talking. Ear plugs provided but didn’t help much. Breakfast was average.

Very nice hotel with great swimming pools. Food is alright but breakfast is awesome. Also, the ambience of this hotel is best. The only stupidity I felt was toilet don’t have any wash basin to wash hands after using toilet. Also, the wash basin is located at opposite side which doesn’t make sense, it’s better to be a part of the bathroom instead of stand alone. The location of bathtub is very nice.
