The location is good, in the city center, but too close to the night market. We stayed on the 10th floor, but we couldn't sleep until midnight because of the noise from the night market and the sound of motorbikes on Slamet Riyadi Street. It was too noisy. The room wasn't soundproof.
Parking is very limited, so we often run out of space and have to use valet service. When picking up our car, we had to wait 5-7 minutes. Unfortunately, there are no seats on the first floor for waiting, except for two small, low seats, making it difficult for elderly people to get up.
The glass in the bathroom still has dirty spots. See photo. It looks like they weren't thorough when cleaning it.
For a 4-star hotel, the amenities are like those of a 3-star hotel. The bathroom is incredibly cramped. There's no refrigerator in the room. The toilet uses a small, weak-flowing spray system (attached to the toilet), not a separate jet shower like in other hotels. The bathroom tissue holder is too close to our elbow, causing tissues to fall out frequently. Room 517 didn't even have tissues. Perhaps the staff forgot to refill them.
