I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The service is incredibly friendly, helpful, fast, and responsive in providing solutions. I stay here once a week for business trips and always receive excellent service, from the room facilities to the breakfast menu. It's very convenient to shop, a big mall just in the same building. Poncol train station is about one kilometre away. The basic room is quite large and spacious with separate bathroom and shower. Service was fine. The downside was the bedsheets and pillows cases were dirty and we found small hairs, we felt like they were not changed after previous guest/guests, we had to ask guest relations to change them. Breakfast was full of local food.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and love its fantastic location right above a mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The best part is the incredibly diverse and extensive breakfast, which is a rare find in Indonesia.

We were given a room on the 10th floor. Walking through the hotel's spacious hallway, the elegant, fragrant scent made us even more excited to find our room number. We opened the door and wow, the room was incredibly spacious! The bed was comfortable, the sheets smelled great, and the bathroom was also quite roomy. We really love this hotel! It's just a short walk to Paragon Mall.

On my frequent business trips to Semarang, I always stay at the PO Hotel, which is conveniently located next to Paragon Mall. It's a 5-star hotel in the city center, offering a nice staycation experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and for dinner, I just walk to PG Mall through the connected doorway.
