"I have stayed here several times in the past two months as I am working in Bellefonte. This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you with anything you need. When I open the door to the room I breathe in some of the cleanest air I have ever breathed. The floors are newer there is fresh paint and the bathroom was renovated probably in the last six months. It is immaculate for the price. If I am working anywhere in the area there is no doubt about where I will stay. I have no cons about this place. "

"This Tru is relatively new and the room was clean and well kept. The floor we stayed on was quiet and the beds were comfortable. As stated in some of the other reviews, the issues are with staff and the breakfast. There was a QR code in the room that took you to a website for the hotel’s amenities, which I used to check the hours for breakfast the night of our arrival. Breakfast hours were listed as 6:00AM to 10:00AM every day, Monday through Sunday. The next morning we went down for breakfast at 9:00AM and breakfast was in the process of being cleaned up. I stated to the staff that breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00 and was told that that was only on the weekends, Friday through Sunday. I later showed the staff and the manager the QR code from our room and the information on their website. They stated that they would put in a ticket for the error and apologized, but offered no compensation. It would have been nice if they knocked a few bucks off our stay for missing breakfast. Also, as Hilton Honors members, we were never offered our free bottles of water and had to ask for them at the front desk. This Tru would really benefit from promoting a little member loyalty. We went out of our way to stay at a Hilton and had other options that were closer to our destination."
