"Came here for a one night stay cause my Son was looking at Penn State. It’s down the road from the college. We arrived on a Wednesday night 12:30am. The lady at the front desk was very nice thanked me for my Ambassador status. Asked why we are visiting and told my Son good luck. Told us what time the Bistro opens and told me that she will be making coffee before it opens. The hotel is very clean, room is huge and very clean. Not a big deal but when I went to take a shower the body wash was empty in the shower. I did bring my own but it’s just a little detail. This hotel looks like it was just redone. We wish we could stay here longer. Bistro in the am was fast and food was real good. Definitely will use this hotel again if my Son decides to go here."

There is a real sense of comfort at this property from Thomas at the front desk to Christine with the morning breakfast. The entire staff is always attentive and the rooms are well equipped and clean."

"Friendly staff. The rooms were nice. Breakfast was OK. They have elevators for some of the rooms.If you have heavy lugggage, you need to carry up the staircase for some of the rooms. Might be better to get rooms on the First Floor."

"This resort is very outdated. It felt like it was a nice resort once upon a time but didn’t keep up with modern amenities. The room: old, bathrooms: old, tiles coming off. We tried to rent a movie and couldn’t - cable tv was our only option. No room service, no breakfast. No ability to access our room via an app, key cards don’t work if you have them by your phone. The staff at the service staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part about our stay was The Field. This is a fantastic restaurant! I would not stay again but would go out of my way to eat at The Field."
