"I waited for more than 3 hours just for a single burger. When I kept on asking when is my food going to be ready the waiter kept on saying "I don't know" . It was really disappointing!!!! Please hire more people to help in the kitchen. This is not right!!!!!!"

"A superb stay and we can't wait to visit again. The newly renovated rooms are superb, they have style, comfort and elegance. We had diner from the a la carte menu and it was excellent, I can recommend the steak with marrobone. Breakfast is also great, a wonderful selection and you can sit outside if you wish, overlooking the lake. Staff are wonderful, professional and attentive. We also enjoyed very much the sauna in the spa area."

"The hotel is situated in a very secure environment. However its perfect for those with self driven cars. Alternatively Uber and Private Taxi are also okay to shuttle between Lodge and nearest shopping mall . "
