We had a wonderful few days at Hotel Saraceno. We greatly appreciated our welcome and stay at the hotel . The genuine attention and care the staff give their guests defines its character and is something one does not experience often anymore these days.

There is nothing to be complained about at Hotel Saraceno. Staff's professionalism and kindness is one of a kind. The hotel was very flexible with our special requests; 2 family members being on a special diet were provided with special food, with no problem. It is really challenging to find a place where you feel you are taken care of in this terms. To sum it up, you just don't need to worry about anything when you get there, you simply feel like at home. Memories of the lovely breakfasts in the garden will be kept in our hearts, so will we remember the drinks and snacks at the superb beach bar Bagno Giuliano 247 :) Thank you Gabriella, Remo and the whole Staff! ＜3

A true jewel we stumbled upon. A great place to enjoy the beach and unwind, their private section of the beach has a great restaurant and is without a doubt the nicest spot on the beach. The hotel itself is a great oasis of peace, perfectly located between Milano and Cervia, and the staff is amazing. It is apparent they love working there and taking care of their guest. Do yourself a favor and go and while you’re there, Paulo’s Mojitos are the perfect apperetivo. Ciao

Ho soggiornato all' hotel Saraceno w giugno con la mia famiglia. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla pulizia, dalla gentilezza di tutto il personale. Cucina ottima e la colazione in giardino un plus. Il bagno Giuliano dispone di ampi spazi tra un ombrellone e l'altro e il personale molto cordiale. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 (io, moglie tre figli/e e rispettivi compagni/e) in 4 camere superior, in modalità B&B con completa soddisfgazione da parte di tutti noi. Ambiente ben curato e pulito. L'abbondante personale è molto disponibile e piacevole. Colazione di ottimo livello e gradevolissimo poterla degustare all'esterno tra i fiori. Bella la piscina con aree idromassaggio e cascata massaggiante. Una sera abbiamo anche apprezzato il ristorante interno. Anche il ristorante del bagno privato merita una visita, per qualità e servizio. Se posso avanzare un appunto, lo farei per il costo del bagno, anche se devo sottolineare che è molto bello, spazioso e tenuto benissimo. Fila 12, a giugno, un ombrellone e due lettini a 75€ mi sembra decisamente caro. Comunque è un hotel che merita, senza dubbio, un ulteriore soggiorno. Complimenti!

Ho prenotato una vacanza per agosto e ho inviato caparra come da accordi. Purtroppo ho dovuto disdire per un mio imprevisto ed essendo nei termini per il rimborso ho ricevuto lo stesso giorno della disdetta il riaccredito! Massima serietà dei proprietari. Tornerò appena possibile.
