I've been trying to contact Hotel Vista Mare for the past month (15.02 - today) regarding a reservation using their prepaid voucher. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response to my 3 emails. When I called, I was told that I should communicate via email and that a colleague of the person I talked to will reply to me tomorrow. Another 3 weeks have passed and 2 additional emails have been sent - still no reply. While I understand that hotels can get busy, the complete lack of communication is concerning. It creates uncertainty and makes it difficult to plan my stay or consider this hotel for future stays. If you're looking for a hotel with responsive staff who can answer your questions promptly and make a reservation for you, especially, that the stay has already be paid in the past, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Amazing service at the reception and in the dining area. Everyone was friendly and kind. Very quiet hotel, perfect for family gatherings. We stayed 7 days and we had an amazing time.

The hotel double booked our room and required us to check out a day early. Even after admitted it was an error on their part, they refused to accommodate and/or offer a refund for the final night we were no able to stay in our room. Resulting in us paying for accommodations we did not even receive. They received payment twice for a room that only one guest was able to stay in, which was not us.

I've visited many hotels on the Adriatic but this hotel gets the highest rating from me. What surprised me the most was that the rooms were very well soundproofed, that you really couldn't hear very much. The friendliness of all the employees was top notch

Arrived here by chance, after a short phone call to find out about availability, 10 minutes later we already had a wonderful room available. All the staff very helpful and very kind. It is impossible even by looking for the so-called hair in the egg to find a negative thing. Breakfast leaves you speechless, served at the table, very good dinner. Very correct rate for this type of hotel and for all inclusive.

I was in this hotel by purchasing the package they offered for the weekend of February for Valentine's Day. Not to dwell much: dinner based on low quality fish, the waitresses dropped the dishes on the table without even explaining what it was and asking them for explanations on the course they answered with a few words going to other tables. Being a tasting menu, we didn't have the opportunity to choose between various dishes so in my opinion they had to have the need to explain them once served. They asked you if you would like a limoncello at the end of a meal, usually when they ask it's because they offer it to you, we found it charged to the room. Let's move on to after dinner, two hours of Spa for a maximum of 8 people: absent staff, spa completely self-managed by the guests, non-existent sauna towels, I had to take the sauna without the towel, that's crap. We had problems with the steam room sprinklers not working and rang the bell for help but no one came. The structure itself is also nice, except for a few pieces of dated and damaged furniture. Considering the price paid and the Valentine's Day package, I expected much, much more care and attention.

Una notte, con spa, apericena in camera e colazione. Che dire? Tutto magnifico! Acqua calda in vasca Idro e massima pulizia. L'apericena davvero abbondante e di qualità, come poi la colazione la mattina seguente. Ottima l'accoglienza! Torneremo sicuramente!!!
