Apart from the Balinese staff members which was extremely lovely, the staff were not friendly at all. They were not helpful. The slide was great for the kids however they open it for 1 hour at a time. You have to pay to use the thermal spa that is available in the hotel.

Check in’imizi yapan Bahadır Bey ve guest relations’tan Gülizar Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. F&B ekibi biraz daha atik ve misafir memnuniyeti odaklı olabilirdi. Otelde 2.konaklamamdı, seneye de gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

We stayed at your hotel with our family on May 19th and were satisfied. The smiling faces and service concept of the employees were very nice. The quality of the food was good, the desserts were great. If we come again, we would choose it again.

This hotel is a 5 star hotel according to the description on site and in the catalog! However, this hotel only meets the European standard with 3 stars!! I think this hotel gives itself the stars! It is simply unprofessional, rooms are not cleaned completely, towels are often not changed, room cards sometimes do not work and the breakfast and evening buffets are not particularly varied! В целом отель нормальный, но очень пахло канализацией! Мы просили на ресепшен что то сделать с этим, пришел персонал, положил что то в раковину, но запах так и не пропал. Это единственный, но существенный минус. В номере было чисто, разнообразная еда на завтрак и ужин. В бассейне есть горка ее включают 3 раза в день по часу, для детей очень здорово. До центра от отеля можно дойти минут 10 с горки. У отеля есть свой собственный пляж, куда возят на шатл басе, море там чистое, но в наши дни было прохладное.
