"The hotel is very close to the town center and can be reached on foot. The whole hotel is a villa with a total of ten rooms. There is a small swimming pool in the yard and the environment is very good. The owner is very enthusiastic and gave me Turkish coffee to taste while waiting to check in."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious, especially compared to other places in Alacati. However, despite these positives, I definitely would not recommend this hotel. There's a woman named Sevim working at this hotel, and apart from her, you'll rarely see or find any other staff. This woman is utterly unhelpful and constantly tries to nickel-and-dime guests. Despite our booking including breakfast, she claimed she'd only prepare it if we requested it in advance because she was 'tired,' even though we had already paid for it. She also seemed to look down on any well-dressed woman coming and going. When you ask a question, she doesn't even bother to look at you, let alone give a proper answer. Alacati is a lively place, meant for enjoying yourself and going out. Even when we returned late at night, we were constantly met with her judgmental looks and attitude. Unfortunately, by our second week, we were doing nothing but getting increasingly irritated by this woman. We didn't even feel comfortable entering or leaving our room. We had never experienced anything like this in any other hotel. She didn't help us with our luggage, filled the fridge with what looked like moldy tap water, and the room was disgustingly cleaned. We had to spend the entire week sleeping in such appalling conditions, even on what appeared to be dried blood stains. Unfortunately, it seems Ms. Sevim hasn't learned how to treat people properly, nor how to avoid discrimination. She was completely unprofessional."

"We enjoyed our holiday very much. The rooms are quite large, high ceilinged and spacious. The hotel has a beautiful beach, and the paid massage service we received at the spa was also very successful. Nuha Hanım is like the sun, she has an incredibly positive energy, we thank her for her interest. The open buffet breakfast at the hotel is fresh and satisfying, but the a la carte dinner needs to be improved. Our orders both arrived late and we could not find the flavor of the breakfast. Although there was freshly squeezed fruit juice on the menu at the beach, a packaged sugary drink came. Nevertheless, the entire team was understanding and solution-oriented, we thank them for that. It would be great if these small parts were improved."

"Beyond the AC issue, the hotel faced numerous problems, including rough & unpleasant bed sheets, pervasive hair in various areas (on my bed, on the floor in our room, on the pool lounge area & a random clump attached itself to my sons crocs), & disheveled and half-asleep staff, w/ the exception of one receptionist. Furthermore, the hotel proved to be unsuitable for children, featuring a small pool & pool area designed primarily for adults. The only positive aspect of the ABC Hotel is its central location in town. I do no recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay there again. It is run as unprofessionally as it is dishonestly."

"The hotel's location is excellent. There's no parking problem. Minibuses drop you off right in front. It's close to everything but in a peaceful location away from the crowds of the city center. It's breezy and not overly hot. The rooms are bright and cool. The food is adequate; I noticed a significant improvement in food compared to last year. The staff are solution-oriented and friendly, trying to help with everything. The hotel's beach is 700 meters away, accessible by car or the hotel's shuttle. It's worth staying there just for the beach alone... it has an incredibly beautiful sea... it's free for hotel guests... the rooms are clean. There were some occasional delays in cleaning due to high demand, but cleaning was done upon request. Also, the children in the beverage area were very sweet, but sometimes, during shift changes, the newcomers seemed to start without fully understanding the job. Better training and job transfer before starting work could be beneficial. The reception staff are quite experienced. We would like to come again."

"We had a 6 days at this beautiful design hotel It had 2 swimming pools with magnificent sunset views of Chios island. It has excellent service and very tasty sea food As long with good cocktails. They had a spa with sauna and wet sauna and massage which we had tried twice while we stayed there Also Fun beach club was free for hotel guests we visited there 3 times amazing beach and turquoise waters of the Aegean sea. We will definitely come back."
