Free Parking in a well maintained hotel. From my point of view this is primarily a business hotel. But, if you are traveling with a car and need a place to sleep the night near Rennes, this is a very good pick. It is very empty on the weekend and the rates are low and parking is secure and free. There are several restaurants and a monoprix of the far side of the big traffic circle. But, the only other attraction in the area might be the University of Rennes main campus.

Très déçu de notre séjour à l’hôtel où nous avions réservé 2 nuits: - des travaux dans l’hôtel donc l’entrée et l’accueil se fait par l’espace restauration . - pas d’ascenseur du aux travaux ! Nos valises étaient lourdes … - à 3h du matin réveillés par le bruit d’une machine dans l’hôtel ( travaux ?) - petit déjeuner : problème d’eau chaude pour le thé. Pain au chocolat ultra grillé ! Nous avons annulé la 2 e nuit mais n’avons pas du tout été remboursé ! Séjour franchement médiocre

Bonde de la baignoire/douche bloquée en position fermée, visiblement au moins depuis le passage de l'occupant précédent parce qu'il restait ses peaux mortes dans la baignoire. Ne pas pouvoir réparer tout de suite est une chose, mais attribuer la chambre à quelqu'un qui ne pourra faire autrement que de prendre un bain de pieds dans ça en est une autre. Complètement dégoûté par ce séjour.

Chambre devait être climatisé, pas de climatisation froide dans la chambre. Plus de jus orange et pas personne pour faire marcher la machine à café bloqué le matin
