Very good welcome everyone has been welcome and to small care Basic room with the minimum(a coffee shop /theière would be welcome) the room and the shower room are clean I've had a doubt about the sound insonorization of the rooms but apart from the porte we do not hear the neighbors Petit bémol pour le parking: If the bikes were to station on the planned location rather than taking 2 places we were forced to station outside the portal also which is supposed to be closed wasn't at 2.30 p.m. when we came home

I loved .... beautiful view of the port.. sympathetic and welcome staff . equipment ... bathroom ... old but clean ...je understand that the hotel style can surprise some ....hotel in its vintage jus deco .... with an ambience ... (for those who have the reference ....on could almost cross there in a corridor the shinig twins ...) not badly equipped ... a little old equipment but this makes its charm.. I liked taking breakfast at the restaurant outside without time limit ... and then we are two steps from the beach and the center walking

We were friends with the only choice to give in this hotel, we arrived at the reception monsieur was impoly who is not even able to get back from the coin from 22:00 we had no payment in cash device, Room with roofed draps, Lavabo with hair on, we asked to change room not impossible apparatus the hotel was full we paid the room her same sleep power I would have better done to sleep in my car in All the cases I will never come down.. we had breakfast with the room and no breakfast in the morning 3 chocolate breads that battled in duel !!!

Started off abit rocky because the hotel gave us a horrible room to begin with. After speaking with them and informing them that I wasn’t happy. They changed our room and gave us something more family friendly. Beach was amazing and so were the pool staff’ really friendly. But the highlight for us was the kids club! And MARWA. She was amazing with the children they loved her’ I felt so at ease going out and enjoying my spa and shopping knowing that they were in safe and accommodating hands. Marwa was the highlight of my trip. Everyone with children knows what it’s like, and sometimes you just need some time to unwind and she enabled this for us. Thank you Tunisia. And thank you Bel Azur.

This hotel is outstanding on all fronts and we enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, greeted in the foyer and overlooking the pool and beach below, we were so pleased to be here! We asked about a sea-view and were upgraded for a fee per night. Our room was overlooking the water on the top level with a balcony which we enjoyed so very much. We visited the restaurant on our first day for lunch as we waited for our room to be ready and enjoyed and the service, champagne and food were wonderful. Overall, our housekeeping was good and the attention by the pool upstairs, including aperol spritz in the afternoon, were fabulous. We also enjoyed cocktails in the lobby areas on the sofas and the bartender was outstanding. We asked for a car ride to the train station our last morning and all worked out quite well--lovely gent and again, great front desk staff. Highly recommend this fantastic escape as it is located just a short walk to the village and would make for a romantic getaway anytime! We would gladly return!
