The pool was the best part of this hotel. Super big and clean, also very functional. Hotel has a beautiful design and layout, very family-friendly, quiet, and IG-worthy. Service was excellent, amenities are great. The restaurant serves great food, but the variety could be a increased a bit more, also quite pricey for lunch/dinner. If you don't have transportation, then this location could be a bit difficult to go out and explore. The biggest draw back to this hotel is the lack of a beach. Rocky shores is what you'll find most times. When the tide recedes, you can go out and walk on wet sand but nothing like an actual beach where you can hangout.

All nice and would be more better if provide more variety of food in buffet line. It’s very less comparing with this price in other famous hotel.

My sun and my daughter was enjoying to play pool at outside ans playarea as well. Also,dinner was so good for us.

Welcome drink was so special and we both loved it. Room was very comfortable and the view was great facing opposite to the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast selection was full of variety. Doorman and Bellman were very attentive.  Housekeeping team was great Will definitely stay again and thank you very much for providing excellent hospitality during our stay!

If you prefer a quiet resort and still enjoy Thai food + good massage…this is the place. Not crowded. Friendly staffs and I’m impressed that some staffs speak very good English. 4 of us enjoyed the food in the resort so much that till now back in SG…we still think about it *better than the food we ate in Bangkok restaurants n I’m not even joking* I have got to mention here their PIZZA was so delish!!! Only cons is travelling from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Vala Hua Hin takes 3 hours :( I’m gonna miss this place *boo boo

What a lovely time at Vala! The lobby was beautiful and you will be greeted by the friendly team with drinks upon arrival. The room was large and beautiful, bath bubbles were also included for the bath tub. The bed was comfortable and kids had fun with the bunk beds. Thank you for the lovely decoration for my partner's birthday and even a little cake! The housekeeping team was careful and thoughtful. It is a distance (about 30 mins) car ride to the main city centre where all the night markets are at.. But this secluded choice made the hotel more exclusive and comfortable from the bustle. The pool is beautiful but really hot/glaring from the sun. You can also access the beach which I didn't as it was low tide. Children love the indoor playground, the colour choice and design were soothing for the little ones.

Lovely stay for the new year! The room and facilities were very nice and out of my expectation! Staff were also very helpful and friendly! We loved the newly opened spa as well - definitely worth it!

Super nice hotel just bit far from the tourist attractions and not much food nearby except hotel restaurant. You can fully relax and chill at here.
