Very clean hotel right on the beach. Have car park and breakfast included. Right in front of some bars

Good service and very good location

The location is perfect. Near the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. rooms are clean with working tv and fridge. Also the staff is really nice and helpful. Stay here!

The Beach Cha-am Residence is located very near the beach. Even though we were early, we were allowed to check in. Our room was on the ground floor, quite spacious and clean. There are many bars and massage parlours near the hotel. There are a lot of eateries along the beach. And there are a few halal restaurants nearby. The parking area is a distance away. It is a shared parking among several resorts.

Service is good, room is cleaned and location is easy access to the beach

The receptionist Thai lady when we arrive she was like really kind and she upgraded our room.We will stay again .lovely stay

The room was smelly and moldy I would not stay there again

Stay was good. However room had a bad smell throughout the stay and during breakfast was being made to pay for asking for an extra glass of water or juice.

This hotel just have water for amenities and they dont have lift that staircase also bad so small

Good and caring. The manager Patric is an amazing guy. They go beyound and above to make your stay a pleasant stay. He fixed our itinerary even though we made a mistake. Highly recommend. ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect location, just couple minutes to the beach. The city centre also close, absolutely ideal cleaning service. Great breakfast with grain coffee in their cafe with sea view. Big balcony, big shower. Friendly and Customer orientation staff. Free bottled water every day in the room. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Recommended!
