The Chinese Restaurant Fu Lue Woman Manager- Som for no apparent reason has been very unprofessionally rude, repugnant and impertinent to me! Not once but every visit of mine is met with such obnoxious attitude. She would tell me that they are very busy and the food would take more than an hour and a half to serve even though the restaurant is not even half full! Whatever I order from the menu she would tell me it’s finished including desserts but then I see others ordering it and it’s being served to them. Also, I have not finished my order she would pretend to assume I have finished ordering and walked away! She would pursed her lips, give me a contemptuous glare and make a “tsk” sound with her tongue when I continued ordering! No one can fathom what kind of service staff would be so vicious and vile in service like Som! She’s a total disgrace to both the hospitality and service industry! Definitely NOT an asset but a TOTAL LIABILITY to the organisation that chose to hire her. One rotten egg spoils the entire basket! I don’t recommend this Chinese Restaurant.

It was my first time at this hotel. Hear me out with my expression to this property. As soon as I stepped in the staff gave us such a warm greetings also the giant elegance classic chandelier was attracted lots of intentions. My children loved it so much. How impressed! The facilities are excellent and clean,the rooms with hygiene 100% Another spotlight that attracts attention is the swimming pool, so phenomenal with the front private beach. You have your own space and privacy. The staff there are so lovely they were treating us like a family. Especially, the host Pat he totally nailed it and makes us feel like home..the best! I love the Nómada. A good choice for a beautiful dinner with a variety of Southern American food. How incredibly they’ve decorated the place, its beyond heaven. I have no doubt to returning there again with my family. Highly recommended! Angie

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. The hotel is beach front and in the good location not far from Bangkok. Easy to travel to the Hua Hin downtown. The restaurant, bar and spa in the hotel are good choices if you don't want to go out. The price is not cheap but with high standard of five star hotel. We could say it' reasonable price, not very pricey. Love this place and absolutely will come back every year.

The hotel is beautiful, the service is unique. We were warmly received with a refreshing drink in the lobby. Then we were brought to our room, everything was explained by a friendly staff. The hotel room was large, bright and clean. Every day it was cleaned, new towels were provided. A balcony with view of the hotel entrance was there. The swimming pool with view of the sea was breathtaking. The restaurant in which we took dinner to us was also beautiful with views of the sea. The service was unique, the staff was super nice and premature. They always thought that we didn't miss anything. The exit fell difficult because it was a dreamy holiday in a great country, with very friendly, relaxed people who let us forget the hectic everyday in our homeland. We are very happy to come back to this beautiful country as well as resort if it is possible.

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Trip.com was a lot cheaper (even than Agoda, so I strongly recommend checking at least three websites) and the hotel doesn’t offer price matching. One of the roads to the hotel has a lot of potholes so drive carefully. It’s about 20 minutes from the center, so hope you don’t mind. The member program seems pointless, so I didn’t bother joining & do you have to wait till next time to get benefits:( had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but didn’t see a lot of guests. This is the best front beach hotel for family and chilling out even hotel was so busy but still very nice to stay here. Bar beach very nice. Only one staff at bar but she is very nice. FB servers are so lovely and nice to help and suggest. Specially K.Pon (sorry i forget his name) Front desk were attractive to help us specifically K.It (bell boy) he is very active. K.Puy (GSA) is good to help us also. Breakfast was okay, food is good. but I would love to recommend to egg station. FB should have a order papers egg because we have to stand there and wait. Room was smell not good but it okay. Water smelly from start but after a while it better. HK were nice. Overall here is very nice. We will come back here again.

Excellent hotel for the beach. The breakfast is very good just ask the staff for eggs cooked the way you like. The room was very spacious and excellently clean. and we booked a pool room and you just opened the room door on to the terrace and stepped in to the pool. Very impressed The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They could not do enough for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel The management should be very proud of their staff they were wonderful The manager was unbelievably kind as well and a lovely person

The hotel service is very good, all the staff are very helpful, and you can install the hotel app to communicate directly with other places/book shuttle, etc., which is very convenient. The facilities in the hotel are not that great, but they are adequate and the environment is relaxing. The decoration is starting to look dilapidated. The curtains at the entrance to the room are full of dirt. The terrace door cannot be latched properly. Finally, we need to hire staff to help. violent solution The hotel is located close to Cha Am. If you want to go to Hua Hin city by car, it is inconvenient and not far away (it takes about 45 minutes to go to the market village/night market). The hotel provides a paid shuttle, but the frequency is relatively small. It is suitable for those who want to go to the city center. Not highly recommended.

We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

I took my four children to stay. The check-in staff are very cute, speak well and have good manners. The baggage reception staff also provide good service. The school is clean, even with the equipment. The decorations will look somewhat old by the time the school was built. But it works well. The school is not modern but has many facilities. Breakfast is quite diverse, with desserts, bread, rice, and complete meals. There are three children. The school is very kind and doesn't keep the children's portions. The room price is very cheap, sea view, right next to the sea. Easy to walk in and out Overall, very satisfied.

Tara Mantra, a hotel dedicated to the decline and wants to be well presented. The difficult times of Corona are unquestionable,but then you should be happy about every solving customer and roll the red tape symbolically.But not in this hotel.You have as a non-Thai speaking guest on the whole line Lost,it always gets the feeling of being disgusting and questions cannot be answered because of language barriers.As we have been guests again and again in Tara Mantra for years,I could experience the breakdown of this hotel even closer. The rooms are smooth,not really maintained,the bathroom I don't want to describe it more. The breakfast was slightly more slightly from year to year until it became a disaster today.The breakfast room has now closed for a few days since only 3Zimmer is located in this hotel.Therefore we were instructed to take the next few days of breakfast on to order the room.Isn't it a problem in principle if I have the opportunity to breakfast comfortable in this room,and not like a monkey on the couch must take my breakfast to me.Maybe that I overtake in the sense, But that's not worth 4 stars. Damn,but this hotel has lost 2Stammgcast,but I don't think the staff will not realize that.

The resort consists of a number of villas laid out on a large area of land. Widely spaced so it is very quiet. It is just off the main road, but there is a 7-11 close by and a restaurant on the other side of the road. Apart from that not much outside of the area. Friendly and efficient reception staff and transportation to the room. The room is big with an extra couch, a fridge with complimentary water, a balcony and a bathroom with toilet and shower. All is not new but in good condition. The aircon is a bit loud. There is a coffee machine, but the cups need to be purchased at 50 baht each. WiFi works well, only annoying the repeated request for log in. At night the room is very dark. There is a large pool (about 30 meters long, 1.20 m deep) with around it enough reclining chairs. A bit spartan, no cushions, as with the chairs on the balcony. The hotel is situated on the beach front.There is some music from the bar but not too loud and bit away from the bar it is quiet. The restaurant serves mainly Thai food and sometimes here is some live music (mostly Thai songs). Breakfast is very extensive and service is friendly. There is the inevitable music to entertain you, but if you prefer to unwind more quietly you can sit outside or by the pool. All in all this place is good value for money.

Hotel was very nice and cosy, especially the pool side is great. We had our room at pool side which has nice view and sunshine also to own balcony. Cleaniness in the rooms is very good, cleaning in daily basis. Though, pidgeons everywhere does their duty on the balcony and elsewhere which is a bit unconfortable. Restaurant(s) and bar(s) are good, of course just a bit more pricy than on the street, but comfortable. Breakfast is very rich, though some products were our frequently, like juices. Location just a few meters from beach is great and all possible shops and great selection of restaurants all over. We liked a lot of this hotel and really can come back again!

We arrived on the 10th July 2022. We checked into our fourth floor Seaview room in the early evening and went out for our evening meal, when we returned and unpacked we noticed how small the room was, certainly smaller than our bedroom at home, but we did have a Seaview. The bed was certainly less than 183cm, I'm 188cm so my legs hung over the end of the bed, my Partner was ok though. The aircon was working, but about 4.30am there was a loud bang outside of the room and the aircon stopped working. The only way you can contact reception is to walk there or use your mobile phone, it was cool so I decided to report this later, which I did. The Engineer from an outside company arriver later in the day and decided this may take some days to repair. The Manager on duty decided we could not change our room, so I asked for a refund which was denied. Then it was decided that we had to use our room during the day, but sleep in another room that had working aircon at night, the first room was on the third floor, we used that for two nights then transferred to the room opposite our on the fourth floor, which had been empty all the time we where there. Different Manager could see the problems we were having walking between rooms on different floors and no help or assistance given carrying our luggage between rooms. Eventually the aircon in our room was repaired, took a team of three Engineers to complete the task and we moved back into our booked room. The Managers on duty when this incident occurred, two young men are in need of extensive customer relations training, you should not have to knock on the partition at reception to gain their attention, too busy looking at their mobile phones to deal with anyone. We wanted to rent a motorbike, reception quoted 500 baht a day, everywhere else 200 baht or less per day, so we rented elsewhere. We found that our motorbike had been moved during the night on one occasion, to a place where it blocked access to the kitchen entrance, one of the kitchen staff was very rude to my Partner, thinking we had placed the motorbike there. The positive comments on our stay, the breakfast was really good and all but three of the Staff were excellent.

Enjoyable time with family for 3 bedrooms which location is near to the beach.Room itself is good with TV in every room and full of free minibar.Kitchen is nice with cutleries and Microwave oven. However,there are some points need to be improved like: 1.Private pool has too much Chlorine.We can feel our skin become dry and smell of Chlorine a but strong. 2.Upstair bedroom,when I slept there.Next Villa has party which noise can get into my room loudly. 3.Shower is broken. Although I only stayed for one night, it is really a great hotel. The garden in the courtyard is simple yet style. The linen in the room is clean and considerate. Stayed for 7 nights during Songkran..first room they gave us was so small no where to put your clothes and no where to swing yer cat.. asked about another room was shown the one next door with twin beds and more than double the size with a wardrobe and drawers but of course more money so we took it..i booked the top floor (3) as i prefer not to listen to people stomping and moving furniture above me..unfortunately it was not what i expected..i knew there was no one next door so why was i listening to the constant chatter of people and a tv until gone 1am..well it appears that it was from the room across the hallway and thats because the roof void above the ceiling was empty space with no partitioning so for the whole stay it was constantly noisy from every room on every floor every night until early hours and starts again at the crack of dawn..i might add that the ceilings were made from timber with gaps nothing solid..wifi didn't work in the room very well hit and miss..pool wasn't very inviting in the day time looked very murky looked better at night when the lights were on..the cleanliness was not upto my standards..had to ask them to stop watering the garden one day so that i could take a shower..sprinklers on no shower in yer room..so for those reasons i would not recommend or stay again....

The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Hot water heater is working well with good water pressure. Bed is huge, soft and comfortable. Housekeeper has been doing a wonderful job and keeping the place spotlessly clean. Breakfast spread is reasonable. The room comes with a beautiful Seaview, especially at sunrise. There is a Tesco Express and 7-11 just a few minutes walk away. There are a few local food stalls nearby if you need some late night supper. I would definitely return back to Mida De Sea.

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Counter service is quite poor, no recommendations for staying at all. Because we reserved a deluxe room We cannot know how many people were staying in the deluxe room zone that day. The day we checked in and went into our room at Building 10 or Building 11, I don't remember exactly4. The floor has a lot of rooms. When we got there it was very quiet with no one staying in any of the rooms. We were two women. We looked at each other and decided to go ask to change rooms. We asked the counter why they didn't inform us first that there were no people staying in the building. If we upgrade the room, we agree. which the answer was Well, the customer has reserved a deluxe room. I feel terrible about answering. While we were waiting to change rooms, there was another man who had also reserved a deluxe room. Came to ask for a change and he informed me that no one could stay there. It was very quiet and scary. Plus, on the first floor, not a single light was turned on. The service should be greatly improved. If someone has reserved a deluxe room in that zone and there are no guests, they should be advised to upgrade the room before losing their feelings. I think everyone would be willing to upgrade if they knew that no one was staying in that zone. Which is really very scary.

One of the roads to the hotel has a lot of potholes so drive carefully. It’s about 20 minutes from the center, so hope you don’t mind. The member program seems pointless, so I didn’t bother joining & do you have to wait till next time to get benefits:( had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but didn’t see a lot of guests. We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

Our family of 3 adults and 2 young children stayed in this family room with bunk bed for a week. It was our first time to stay at this place. The hotel is located in the less-crowded Cha-Am area, which is good. The hotel is very large with several pools. The pools had slides for both kids and adults. The bedroom had a king-size bed and a bunk bed and is located near the kids’ pool. The hotel had an Italian restaurant near the beach which only opens on weekends. Overall, the kids loved the hotel because of its large open-area and convenience to several nearby restaurants. We would definitely go back.
