"I recently stayed at Heaven Hotel Chachoengsao, and overall it was a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, with 24h service and efficient housekeeping and laundry. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, equipped with free Wi-Fi, balconies, mini-fridges, and safes. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the garden and hot tub. The location is fantastic—right in town with easy access to Robinson Mall and local temples. The breakfast was simple but pleasant, with fresh Thai fruit and authentic flavors. Though parking was sometimes limited and English proficiency varied, the value for money and warm ambiance definitely made up for it. Would stay again!"

"this is my fourth time staying here.... but i got the room that is a connecting room type. My neighbour's room was a rude type of person. they backed to the room at time 2:00 am and then turned on Tv with the loudest sound till the morning 7:00am. I could not sleep. In room no hotel phone. I just made 3-4 times to the hotel's number, but no one picked up my call. Next time i have to consider going back here again"
