We were greeted by the very friendly and helpful Aristos who booked us in and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The bed was soooo comfy that we didn't get up until 11am!! It was a shame that the Brewers Fayre restaurant was no longer open as a walk in restaurant, but we found a Harvester nearby which was very easy to get to.

From the moment I arrived aristos on reception was so helpful and couldn't help me enough..made my stay here very enjoyable and would highly recommend this hotel with aristos as being one of the best places to stay........................

The staff are absolutely amazing, a shout out to Aristos, who gave us the warmest of welcomes, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fault with the plumbing on arrival, mentioned it to Aristos, who quickly responded by relocating us to a different room, which was perfect. We had a really nice relaxed stay, the room was nicely laid out. The bed was really comfortable and we used the extra pillows. No noise or disturbances from other guests. The Brewers fayre was opposite the Premier Inn. They offered a good choice of food and drinks, all reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Very friendly helpful staff member Aristos, a very warm welcome. Lovely large disabled room, great value for money. Would highly recommend . Nice clean room. Restaurant just next door. Which is open all day for breakfast through to evening meal. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

We had a nice easy quick check in. Anika on reception was very helpful and kind. The room as you would expect was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. A nice location for Lakeside shopping. We stopped over on the way to our France holiday.

Helpful and friendly staff. They spent time to chat with little ones. We love the personalised suprises in the room which we didn’t expect from budget hotel. Room was clean as Premier Inn. Thank you for making our stay more enjoyable! Our children loved it.

Stayed a few times at this hotel. Everything is usually of a good standard and a reasonable price. Unfortunately one of the key parts of a stay is a good nights sleep and on this occasion it fell short it had a very noisy air con unit which kept me awake all night tried switching it down but wouldn't go off. Spoke to reception who apologised not much help as sleep already lost. A minimum should be a good night sleep.

This hotel was very dirty only part was clean was the bedding. Carets was thick with dirt bathroom was really outdated and not clean. We stayed there due to visiting family that lived close. Stayed with my partner and our 5 year old. Don’t recommend to stay there with children as it’s not suitable. Was a very musky smell all around the hotel. Could not wait to leave and will not return. Definitely needs a well needed upgrade as it’s very old and run down.
