"Resort is good, but it's too early to comment on everything"

"We stayed at this property last month with our family from Delhi while visiting from Perth, Western Australia, and I can honestly say it was one of the finest hospitality experiences we have had despite travelling extensively and staying at many excellent properties around the world. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely respectful. Whether this is a reflection of the wonderful hospitality culture of Himachal or the exceptional leadership of the team, every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the food was outstanding, and the overall standard of service exceeded our expectations. The property itself is impeccably maintained, set amidst stunning natural surroundings, and offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. What truly stood out was the personal touch provided by the General Manager, Nipun. He was there to welcome us on arrival and made a point of greeting guests each morning at breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a tranquil and picturesque setting. We look forward to returning in the future."

"Nice budget hotel near to all the sightseeing in chail, rooms are good with view of the valley from every room. Food is also good and staff is courteous. They also have a super store in the hotel premises making us convenient to buy any stuff for us, very large variety of products are there and they also have decathlon products available. Overall nice and recommended."

"A pleasant stay overall. Kids enjoyed a lot in their play area. Food was good. I suggest to add more food items in the menu. Rooms were quite big and beautiful. LIVE Streaming on IPL matches in the common area was a great surprise."

"The stay was fantastic. We had earlier taken the one bhk cottage, however, we were not that comfortable in it , immediately just upon one request, the mgmt, accepted our request to change the room to the cottage suite . Gestures like these when sorted out without any arguments is really appreciative. The property is very nice , well located and a perfect get away. We were 3 of us, including my 6 year old son, who had a ball of a time running around in the open lawns and in the club house. Our anniversary decorations were done in our room and room balcony- amazing. The food is good , i would not say excellent , due to the limitations in choice, however, whatever is provided, is extremely nice. The service is top class and prompt. House keeping is good and.fast. The staff is ever smiling and friendly. Mr. Ram lal was present throughout and ever helpful. Mr. Amritpal sign too is co-operative and a good person to communicate and place all your requests to. They will make sure that the guests are happy and content Will surely visit there again"
