I registered my card when I checked in. I arrived at the reception desk at check-out time (a little before 12:00) on May 11, but the receptionist was not there and could not process my check-out. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, an older man appeared and asked me to submit my card again. I told him that I had submitted my card when I checked in, but he still asked me to submit it. He treated me like a boss. When I asked why I had to register it twice, he didn't answer anything and simply told me I could go. I was disappointed with the receptionist's attitude. There was no hospitality whatsoever. In the end, I didn't have to register my card twice. By the way, when I stayed again at the end of May, I wasn't asked to submit my card at all when I checked out.
However, while I was waiting, I asked another young male staff member where the bus stop was, and he kindly told me the bus stop and even showed me the timetable.
The room was clean, the price was not too expensive, and the location was good. Overall, it was a good hotel.

衞生：不是特別乾淨，上個客人使用過的痕跡都沒清理乾淨，總體衞生一般般
環境：附近一直有像印度傷感類歌曲的聲音，大半夜和早上都有，換了窗也能聽到
總體來説下次可能不會再住，酒店餐廳的吃的不是特別合胃口，時間合適的建議出去吃

服務很好，清潔衞生，賓至如歸，去各景點都在步行距離，周邊飯館很多，價格高低也可以因人而異加以選擇。太棒的感覺。
