The property also has a hot tub that is maintained weekly. 25 minutes to downtown Leavenworth or Steven’s pass, it really is the perfect location! Driveway will be plowed for 4 inches of snow or more. We do not sand or salt the drive or roads so please come prepared or check with the local weather forecast for possible icy conditions. **Landscape maintenance comes late afternoon every Wednesday May thru October.**Occasionally a bear may topple over the "bear proof" trash bin.
