This historical property has been updated from the inside out. Built in 1904 by the Wilson family, one of the very first families to settle LaVerkin. It is one of the oldest Pioneer homes in all of Southern Utah.This one bedroom, one bath structure is a combination of adobe brick and stick frame construction. The outside of the building has been left primarily untouched to maintain its historical integrity but has been updated inside to accommodate the modern traveler. *Please note our weather is similar Las Vegas Nevada, not Northern Utah. We have such amazing weather to come and experience the great Zion National Park!! Our units are in a commercial location giving you quick access to dining, shopping and fuel stations. Take your mugs to the Car Barn and fill them with ice and your favorite soda on us!Our units offer a comfortable place to rest after a long day of hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, or whatever else brought you to our beautiful state.Units are within a mile of dining, gas stations, Lin's Market and 7-11. It's the perfect location if you are visiting St George, Zion, Sand Hollow, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Quail Lake, mountain biking in Hurricane, Toquerville or surrounding areas.
