Blue house adventure, snow and more
Comfortable, well supplied, aesthetic, great dining room area for food, games, gathering. Plenty of bathrooms. We xc ski, snow shoe at the pass, also walk to Sargents Refuge or hike or ski there. Then relax at the house with friends.

Quick holiday getaway
The house was great and had everything we needed especially in the kitchen! Lots of blankets and pillows and we slept very comfortably. The Christmas tree was very sweet. Everything was exactly as described and very roomy. It was about an hour to Pagosa Springs and about 2 hours from Santa Fe. The town has some cute little shops and restaurants. The train looks like a lot of fun but we visited in the off season so we didn't get to try in.

Birthday Celebration
Property was very dusty, baseboards are dirty. No hand soap or shampoo (we were not told to bring our own), we were given the wrong internet sign on. Thankfully, someone had left a handwritten note stuck on the side of the refrigerator. We were 5 siblings, with 3 spouses and 2 birthday women. Our goal was to spend the day on the train, which made this location very convenient.

Wonderful historic home!
We loved everything about our stay and only wished we had booked another night, especially when the train was cancelled due to snow! It would have been the PERFECT place to hang out all day in the rain/snow! Someone might want to go through the games, as many have missing pieces and cannot be played😅

Fun house close to town
I thought the house might be noisy being so close to town, but it wasn't! We all slept well in comfy beds, and the blackout shades kept rooms as dark as we wanted in the mornings. We liked the ample towels, plenty of dinnerware, nice pots and pans, and interesting artwork. We could walk to a nice coffee shop in the morning. Bear droppings in the yard got us excited, but we never did see one. Very interesting art work.
