"The great thing about it is its location. The views are fantastic, though you could explore something nearer Pachpulla too. It is 7-8 Km from Dalhousie. You would love it if you don't like the bustle, noise of a town. Dalhousie as such is not much of a town, but when you realise that the nearest fruits shop is 7 Km from the hotel, you wonder. But then visit the town and see all the eager tourists in their latest, and rather silly fashions, you will say we are well out of it. We walked both from Pachpulla which is famous for a water-fall and for the way to the Ganji Pahadi, and Dalhousie. You have not been to the mountains if you have not walked. Deodars are lovely. And if you recognise the yellow berries, you can pluck hisalu too. Don't eat any berry till a local has confirmed it is edible. The room is clean and spacious. We took the one with shared balcony. You have to remind them, but they replenish water and coffee satches. Rinku Sharma served us. He will help you get a car too, if you have not come with your car or engaged a taxi full-time. Suraj, who served us in the in the dining hall is sincere, with a ready smile. The chefs Bitu and Sunny are wonderful. You will wonder how you have not eaten such tawa roties elsewhere! Their jeeara aloo was also great. The staff is sincere, and serves you with a smile. Go to this place for being far from the madding crowd. If you are doing nothing, which is often the best way to spend your time in the hills, you can sit in the balcony and enjoy the sun and the views. We also got a chance to spend time with villagers. The hills people, as everybody knows, are the best. We also made friends with some of them."

Breakfast and food is mouthwatering and fresh , view from all cabins are stunning .. Only a bit away from city centre but when you have the best view it doesn’t matter .."

"Few points before you plan to book this hotel: 1. Hotel is located little away from dalhousie gandhi chowk and road that connects this hotel to gandhi chowk is narrow and you always find traffic jams on this road sometimes it take hours to reach hotel from gandhi chowk. 2. Hotel owner had bad habit to smoke around and he will smoke around even if guest are sitting with family, he doesn’t care for your privacy (happened thrice in 2 days stay) 3. Hotel is situated at very low level from main road, there is very steep plank to reach hotel. Which could be dangerous if you didn’t drive really careful on the plank and going up is another big task to be completed. You really have to think twice before going out with your car from hotel."

"It's a heritage 120 years old property with lot of interesting aretefacts, very well maintained. Awesome views of Pirpanjal range and Dhauladhar range of snow peak mountains. Very quiet and serene. 5 mins walk from the meadows also known as mini swiss. Caretaker Nitin is very polite and has taken care of our special Jain food. They also provide guidance to nearby tracking points and good places to visit. FlMy family really enjoyed the stay."
