Had a one night stay on the last night of vacation. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the pool area with grandkids. Very clean place.

Run down, smelled of stale smoke everywhere, ran out of eggs and biscuits and just about everything for breakfast and there was still 1.5 hours before end of serving time. Not a nice place.

Our stay was nice but did not like the bathroom set up. Seemed old and outdated. Beds were comfy and room was a nice size.

Easy check in, nice office staff and very clean room. Baymont has everything you'd need and it's close to shopping, restaurants and the interstate.

Friendly staff, room was ok but starting to show wear, and the breakfast selection was ok but hot items were room temperature. The cost seemed high too.

My son never ended up stayed at this hotel. The front desk person gave him a key to a room that had a person in it. At 1 AM, he was met by a very angry person! He’s 19 years old on his way home from Gillette, WY. He had a long day of school, packing, cleaning, and then driving. All he wanted to do was sleep. The woman at the front counter gave him keys to occupied rooms not once, but 3 times!!!!! She was rude, made him wait while she was watching a movie on her phone, and gave HIM attitude like he was inconveniencing her. After he told her he wanted his money back, she so factiously told him he was free to leave.

we stayed on December 5th on our way south but did not stay on our way back due to weather related issues so we went on to Rapid City SD before change in weather and road closurer
