I was originally looking forward to staying in this hotel and booked a larger room. Later, they gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel and it was not the room I booked. They later changed me to a larger room. The room was on the third floor. The staff at the door of the hotel was probably an inexperienced waiter. He spoke very unpleasantly and rolled his eyes. The waiter downstairs also said, "This is the room you booked. I really Very speechless! Later, when I saw the photos, I realized that I had not booked it. Of course, the hotel apologized and gave me a small bottle of champagne, but the experience was also very bad! I wanted to go to the SPA again, but the waiter said that our hotel was very full. I asked for a long time but got no reply. I asked again the next morning, and there was actually a seat! Very bad experience at this hotel, nothing like a five star hotel, will never come back again! 🤦🏻♀️🥲

If you are skiing, the hotel offers a car to the lifts. They also have lockers for your ski equipment. Everything was wonderful!

Our stay at Hotel Mont Blanc in Chamonix was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any request or offer recommendations for things to do around the area.
The hotel itself was very clean, and we were impressed by the stylish and charming decor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each detail was thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of exploring.
The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its unbeatable location. Situated right in the heart of Chamonix, it’s just steps away from a vibrant array of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. This made it easy for us to immerse ourselves in the town and enjoy everything it has to offer without needing to venture far.
Overall, our experience at Hotel Mont Blanc was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had an amazing time, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chamonix.
