The location is very good, right next to the cable car station, and the next morning, the South Needle is very convenient. Just walking to the town, you have to walk for 15 minutes. Although it is an attic room, it is quite spacious and has a balcony.

This is very close to taking the Lumidiguir cable car and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities is very satisfactory. External parking is no problem. Everything was good and the time of one night was so unfortunate

Next to the SUD station, the location is great. It is noisy compared to the wheel coming in and out, which will definitely affect it in the early morning and late at night. I would like to choose a room that faces the street instead of the station. For the first time, the hotel has direct heating at the door. The room is all red, and the style is a matter of opinion. In terms of lighting, I personally feel it is insufficient. The man at the front desk had a nice smile.

Perfectly located next to long bus station and Chamonix bus station. Room is spacious, tidy, facing stunning mountain views. We all love the place. Breakfast is perfect, great variety and nutrients.

The location is excellent, the environment is beautiful, there is a balcony facing the snow-capped mountains, facing the small river, quiet accommodation, next door is the restaurant and bar street. The room is heard of the sound of small rivers, rare to stay away from the big city.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Dining: The food was fantastic! Breakfast each morning was a generous spread with a variety of fresh options, from pastries to local cheeses and fruits. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the gourmet meals exceeded my expectations. The chef does an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional dishes, all with a contemporary twist. Facilities: The hotel spa is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful, and the massage I had was the best I’ve had in a long time. They also have a great lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a drink in the evening. Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any request, whether it was booking excursions, providing local recommendations, or simply ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay. Bonus tip: The best Indian restaurant is walkable distance (400 meters) from the hotel - Annapurna 2. Must visit 😉 Overall, Chalet Hotel in Chamonix combines luxurious comfort with the charm of an authentic alpine retreat. Everything was good except the fact that has poor ventilation. No fan or A/c so feels quite sticky inside. However, staff, location and services really good. Requested to change room due to the noise from train and the manager was very helpful and lovely to assist. Would love to stay again but in winter

I was looking forward to staying in this hotel. I booked a bigger house. Later, he gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel. This is not the room I booked. Later, I changed it to a bigger room, but on the third floor, The staff at the entrance of the hotel should be inexperienced waiters, and the speech is very bad. The eyes are turned over. The waiter downstairs also said that this is the room you booked. I am really speechless! Later, I saw the photo and found out that I didn't book it. Of course, the hotel also apologized to me and sent a small champagne, but the experience was also very bad! I want to do a SPA again. The waiter said that our hotel is very full. I have not responded for a long time. I will ask again the next morning. In fact, there is a seat! Really nice hotel with great amenities. Be sure to check out the sauna on the roof as it looks out onto the mountains in spectacular fashion! The room was nice and very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. This property is right in the city center and you can see the train station from the front door. A really good property and I highly recommend!
