We have been going to Champaign for my daughter's school for the last four years and this was the first time at the hotel. I wish we would have stayed sooner. Beautiful hotel, room, and very nice service staff.

The hotel is located in the south of the campus. It takes 30 minutes to walk along Sixth Street or Fourth Street to Green Street. You can see the campus buildings, lawns and various sports venues along the way. The temperature is pleasant and the scenery is picturesque at this time of year. If you want to drive or take the bus, it is also very convenient. The hotel can park for free. Parking on campus is generally metered, but if you go out for dinner, you don’t have to pay for parking after 6 o’clock. You can use a one-dollar bill for the bus, and the station is right at the door of the hotel. The hotel service is enthusiastic. The deposit is immediately refunded when you check out. It is cleaned very cleanly every day. The room is large and the facilities are new. Except for slippers and toothpaste and toothbrush, all toiletries are available. The free European breakfast is also good. There are not many varieties, but the nutrition is comprehensive. I stayed here for a total of seven nights. I accompanied my relatives in a warm distance and enjoyed the leisurely small town life. It was a very good time. By the way, Champagne’s Chinese food and various Asian meals are really rich. Lunch and dinner are different every day. You can rest assured that the children will eat well here. Each meal, including tax and tip, does not exceed US$20 per person. In fact, you can eat well with US$14 per person.

After staying for a week, the worst service at the front desk was Anna, who discriminated against the Chinese. At 8:00 p.m. on June 6, we bought some daily necessities at Target on Green Street. It was raining lightly and we were not familiar with the place when we first arrived, so we asked Anna to ask the hotel to send a car to pick me up. She agreed very well and drove. It's a 5-minute journey, and after waiting for 40 minutes to arrive, I called and said to register again, how annoying😡. At that time, for the convenience of the pick-up car, we saw us and waited outside the door early, and we were soaked in the rain. Can we tell us earlier if we can pick us up, why bother people so much. In addition, we extended our stay three times, both of which were handled by Anna, and our deposit was charged for each extension, and the previous deposits had to be refunded together when we checked out at the end of the stay. The other waiter didn't charge it when it was processed. I don't know what rules this hotel implements, is it exclusively for Chinese? hell 😢😢
