"Very poor! Not enough for a hotel's basic requirements! Because opening of UIUC, many hotel room has been sold out. we booked this hotel at the highway entrance. the front desk Indian man said that room was no longer available and induced me to upgrade my room for $40 a night, but I refused.( I think he said so, but later the Indian didn't admit it ).Then I contacted Ctrip to refund, Ctrip contact the hotel, and said that the hotel refused to refund the money, saying it could guarantee I can stay in the room I booked. When I returned to the hotel again, the Indian front desk gave me a room with a large and half wet black stain on the bed, and the sheets were all wrinkled, It was very disgusting!Negotiate with the Indian at the front desk again, he said that the room I booked is a smoking room, that's it. I have been booked a smoking room from another hotel before, is basically the same as a non smoking room. The difference is just that the room whether smoking is allowed! I throw the room card to the Indian front desk to check out immediately, even not stay over a minutes !"
