Close proximity to the Railway station. The staff was courteous and helpful. Amenities were bad. No warm water for bathing. Lift was not working. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. We had to ask for provisions, which were supposed to be given automatically like towels etc. Electricity points were not working, phone charging was not possible.

Not clean, spiders in the room. Service is poor. TV didn’t work in one of the rooms. No toiletories. No towel. Just the room and that was also not good.

hotel staff is good polite and even I forgot my watch, and checked out the hotel and reached the station and I didn't realise but once they found during cleaning they called me and came to railway station to return the watch

Hi-tel lobby reception and corridors are very decent. The rioms and wash rooms are good. I would advice management to give little more attention to make the rooms and bathrooms more clean by using lizol or similar materials. Staff members are nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Nice budget hotel for sort trip. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. Market area, railway and bus station are near by in a radius of 500m. Complementary breakfast is included

Had a wonderful stay there. The mountain view from the balcony is beautiful. Big clean rooms and good service. Recommended.
