Baymont by Wyndham Chandler I-10

Worst ever!! When we arrived at yhe hotel we were i formed that payment was declined on trip.com end. We would have to call them and figure it out. The lobby was filthy. Celing tiles were loose and in danger of coming down in the breakfast area. Couldn't find a phone number for trip.com, and when I finally did they said they would call back in 15 minutes. Since it was early evening on a Saturday with a large event happening., we were worried we couldn't find a room so we found another hotel that had availability. Trip.com called back and said our reservation was confirmed after the fact. I informed the gentleman that we wouldn't stay in a place that was on such poor condition and would like a refund. Of course the answer was they couldn't do it because it was a non refundable reservation. Their offer was $66 in trip coins for a $370 reservation! I asked him if he would allow his family to stay there and he said no. But yet I was expected to stay!! I hope your company can be more upstanding than what I have experienced so far . Maybe sending someone to these hotels to check the quality before allowing guests to make reservations there would be a good idea! Since the majority of your customers have never been to these hotels we rely on your services to give us decent quality because we have to go in sight unseen. WE PUT OUR TRUST IN YOU AND I FEEL CHEATED!

Hotel is way outdated. Our room was on the 1st floor and we were greeted with a leaking ceiling, buckets full of water and debris on the floor right by our room door. It stayed there for 2 days before someone decided they should clean it up. Our room had a hole in the ceiling where you can see water had come through at some point. I booked this hotel based off other people’s rating which were great 4 stars, until we got there. Definitely needs a lot of cleaning and upgradeS. Also the breakfast is ONLY WAFFLES AND BAGELS THATS IT.

Place seemed really rundown and they had people sleeping in the lobby. Elevator took 3 times attempting to close before it closed. Chandler is a nice area but this hotel was very sketchy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the AC didn’t even get cold. Do not stay here!

The stairways are filled with garbage, literally. Heavy smoke smell in the hallways. The area seems to be safe, the building looks great on the outside.

This was a terrible hotel. The first impression was the front desk... the wall behind the reception was filthy and beat up from their chairs. We proceed to the luggage cart, one of them has flat tires the other has a bent rack. Make your way to the elevator, don't look at the holes in the walls in your way. Once in the elevator you push the button for your floor... after the door tries to close several times the door alarm goes off and it finally closes. Don't look at the panel that is about to fall off or the missing elevator certification. Hang on because this is going to be a bumpy ride. Make your way down the hall, past the bags of trash that were left in the hall. Wait is that carpet suspose to be that dark? Open your room, check out your rock hard mattress and where is your blanket? Turn on the TV and after fiddling with the remote for 15 min it finally starts working. Now go take a shower, but the water doesn't get hot so settle for a warm shower. Be careful for that open bottle of lotion that they left you and don't touch the light switch with the broken face plate. Now try to sleep on your rock hard bed that you already checked out. Once your body says it's time to get up because now it is good and sore you have to wait for the completely breakfast. After getting back down in the broken elevator squeeze in the breakfast closet. Hopefully you like waffles or cereal because that is the only thing to eat, or just go for the watered down coffee or orange flavored water

There was NO coffee at breakfast time the counters were spilled food and drinks plus there was no staff to help you with condiments when I approached the front desk he seemed like he did not care about my request and dismissed it with a flat answer

Me and my girlfriend stayed there last night. We got the keys to the room and front rep guy. He said to drive to the side door so we would be close to our room. We drove down there and the key lock did not open with our room key so my girl went all the way around to get the front rep guy. He came, opened the door and put a rock in the bottom stating the key lock was broken. We got in our room and there weren’t any wash cloths, no hair dryer and we wanted two more towels. He came out w 2 more hand towels stating there weren’t any more wash cloths. He gave us 2 pool towels, which are smaller because they didn’t have any regular towels clean. He brought us a hairdryer and tried plugging it into the bathroom outlet, but it didn’t work. He went and got another one. He came back into the room and said that that plug in the bathroom did not work and that we had to use it in the Main room. So we did not have a mirror that we could see. We went down to breakfast about 7:30 AM and there was only one bagel and one muffin in the case. While walking down the highway, we noticed that there are several tiles missing out of ceiling. I thought Wyndham hotels were better than that.

Not a very clean place. Seems like they do just the bare minimum to keep the place going

Room was ok, it was one of the cheapest options and I was travelling solo, so it was a not a bad experience, but the bathroom did have some hairs on the vanity and tub, and the sofa and chair on the room were really dirty. Got a room near the front desk and there was a lot of noise at midnight.
