Visited recently and tried the Chicken Kaala Masala—absolutely delicious! The dish was rich, aromatic, and packed with bold, authentic flavours. It had the perfect balance of spice and smokiness that makes this Maharashtrian specialty stand out. The banquet premises were clean, well-maintained, and spacious, creating a pleasant ambiance for dining. The hotel's surroundings were also peaceful and neatly kept, adding to the overall comfort of our visit. Special mention to Mr Swapnil and Mr Samrat; both were extremely humble, polite, and attentive throughout. Their courteous service made the experience even better. The entire staff was prompt and professional, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a flavourful meal with great hospitality!

I had a fantastic experience at Sagar Plaza, thanks to the exceptional service of the General Manager, Tauquir Syed. I accidentally left a bag filled with money in the hotel, and Mr. Syed personally ensured it was returned to me safely and promptly by courier. Their honesty, professionalism, and care made a lasting impression. I’m truly grateful for their integrity and will definitely be returning here in the future.

good hotel nice stay food is also good. "i had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel is fulfilling my dream of a safe, clean, tidy and positively charged place. Rating can go up to 5 stars if few more final touches are applied.
