到店辦理入住時前台説預訂大床房沒有了，換個兩張床房間，不用加價了，我問為什麼？前台説願意住就住，不住就退，我説：你這麼講話，我就聯繫攜程平台，這時來一位年輕人問了一下情況，發現是自家錯誤，與我協商，因時間很晚了，要休息了，湊合住下了。長白縣很好的旅行，在這個住宿地弄得非常不愉快。

沒有衞生紙沒有吹風機沒有礦泉水，也沒有洗漱用品，隔音不好，毛巾泛黃。十一期間周圍不好停車，可以放在旁邊的居民區。房間內空間很小，排風扇聲音也比較大。而且比較冷，衹有空調製熱。

老闆人很好，酒店位置離市中心也比較近，周圍有位置停車，也有小飯店可以吃喝，周圍比較安靜，不會太吵，房間用品也比較新
