On our 7-day trip covering Harbin, Changchun, and Shenyang, we were a group of seven, including seniors and children, and consistently booked three rooms in each city. This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Among all the hotels we stayed at during our itinerary, all of which were centrally located and priced in the 500-750 range, this one was by far the best. I haven't written a review in years, but everyone, from the seniors to the children, was thoroughly satisfied. The front desk and concierge staff were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. After checking out and leaving Changchun, my child accidentally left a toy behind, and they even called us to inquire if we wanted it back.
