The newly renovated facilities are generally quite good. The TV supports screen casting, and the bed size is suitable for families with children. However, the logistical support could be improved. When we checked into our new room, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We couldn't call the front desk to have it delivered, and there was no shower gel. There was only one staff member on duty in the evening, so they couldn't bring us the items. Luckily, the front desk staff provided good service and found a way to get us some spare supplies. These things should really be checked when the room is being prepared before guests check in. I hope they pay more attention to these small details so they don't negatively impact the customer experience. **Environment:** The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the West Gate of Changchun Zoological and Botanical Garden. If you're visiting there, this hotel is a good choice. The surrounding area is quiet and not noisy. **Service:** The staff are friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and finding solutions. **Regarding Breakfast:** For family rooms, children need to purchase an extra breakfast voucher, and the price of the voucher is a bit expensive compared to other similar hotels.

The room was nice and clean. I booked it for a friend, and they were very satisfied, saying they'd stay here again next time they visit Changchun. Besides the great environment, the most important thing is the convenient transportation. There are also many dining options nearby, and it's quite a lively area.

A huge thanks to the front desk attendant, Miss Yu! She was beautiful, warm, and provided meticulous service. Her voice was so gentle and friendly, and she was incredibly patient. Thinking back, this trip was truly delightful, and the other ladies were also wonderful, all shining brightly. The hotel itself was very clean and conveniently located close to the scenic spots.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. I carelessly left some items behind, and the staff promptly called me and mailed them back to me via express delivery.

Honestly, besides the location, there's not much else going for this hotel. Stepping out of the elevator, to the left, there was a huge oil stain on the carpet. The entire third-floor hallway had no air conditioning on. After complaining to the front desk, it took two days for them to finally turn it on. The cleaning lady secretly told me the owner doesn't allow it to be on to save money, which I found unbelievable. The drainage in the room's bathroom was also very slow, and there were many tiny flying insects coming out of the drains. Sigh.

The soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear everything happening in the hallway. There are many rooms spread across eight floors, but there's only one elevator, so waiting times can be very long during peak hours. The room only has a kettle but no drinking glasses or teacups, which is quite inconvenient. Even though it's a new hotel, the in-room facilities aren't very smart. On the positive side, the staff's attitude was good.
