JI Hotel (Changchun Xian Avenue)

I booked two family rooms! There were 6 of us in total, and the rooms were incredibly warm. The service was excellent! The lady at the front desk was so kind and patient, and the morning receptionist was also very enthusiastic, giving us great tips on local attractions and food! Everything was just wonderful!

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent, attentive, and thoughtful. I'm very satisfied.

Room booked for the college entrance exam: Check-in included an extra 5 hours. Because I didn't realize my WeChat account wasn't linked to my phone number, the receptionist helped me for a long time. There were many people checking in at the time, so I'm very grateful to her. The hotel also prepared a gift for each student taking the exam. The room was also arranged in a quiet, central location, which I appreciate. The room was well-equipped and clean, with electric curtains, a desk and chair convenient for my child to study, and a clothes rack next to the sink. My child's raincoat was stored there during the rainy days. They even thoughtfully heated up some food for me. I also had coffee in the lobby, and there was a delivery robot! 💯 The service from Ji Hotel was excellent; it will be my first choice for future travel.

這次入住感受不錯，前台接待很熱情主動幫忙拿行李，辦理入住幾分鐘就搞定了。房間乾淨整潔佈置舒服，有任何需求呼叫前台響應也快，整體住得很順心沒有糟心事

浴室磨砂玻璃較為私隱；有暖氣冬季屋裡不冷；房間靠近小區睡覺舒服安靜；喜歡全季是因為水提供很多比其他酒店衹給2瓶強，但不知道是不是酒店在控制成本，2025年12月同房型酒店準備了4瓶水，2026年1月就改為2瓶（水的減少很不好，體驗感不理想）；入住後前台有電話諮詢體驗感，我提了水的事情，前台快速響應送來了6瓶，也還算圓滿。入住全季最大的原因就是水充足，但讓顧客要水就是酒店準備的不充分，控制成本真的就差多放兩瓶水？

房屋乾淨整潔，温度合適，還有空調可以選擇自己合適的温度。工作人員服務態度很好，還可以提供免費的洗衣服務房屋。可進行無煙化處理相對比較安靜安全。
