First off, the hotel's public order management is a serious issue. A large group of elderly guests monopolized the elevators for extended periods, being loud and blocking the doors, making going up and down incredibly slow and crowded – it felt more like a bustling market than a hotel. Despite having an important exam recently, the staff made no real effort to maintain order. I understand accommodating elderly guests, but they even managed to jam the revolving door until it stopped, and still no one intervened to manage the situation. It was absolutely outrageous. Anyone with important matters should definitely steer clear of this place. What made things even worse was the parking fee dispute at checkout. Due to the terrible experience, I decided to leave early and hoped the hotel would consider refunding the prepaid parking fee, given the abysmal service. To my surprise, the front desk staff was incredibly unaccommodating. They flat out refused to refund the parking fee, showing no willingness to negotiate or even attempt to de-escalate the situation, as if my previous complaints had fallen on deaf ears. This cold and robotic handling of the situation escalated my initial dissatisfaction directly into anger. After spending all that money, all I got was chaotic order, ineffective communication, and inflexible problem-solving. In my opinion, this hotel completely lacks a proper service mindset and the ability to resolve issues. Unless you have absolutely no expectations for your stay, I strongly advise you to choose wisely to avoid paying for such a frustrating experience, as we did.

Great location, convenient for getting around. The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast was quite good. The bed was very soft, and parking was easy. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but the excellent service and cleanliness made up for it. My elderly parents really liked it here.

Great place to stay in Changchun. It's a very luxurious hotel, conveniently located & there's also a mall with lots of restaurants right next door.

On December 13th, the day I checked in, I encountered flying bats in the 16th-floor corridor. I had to swipe my card to enter the room and then go inside. Those darn bats scared me half to death! I thought it was a bat-themed room. Did they think I was Batman?

I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel. The staff forgot to collect payment upon check-in (it's payable at the hotel). As soon as I entered the room, they called and demanded I pay. I said I'd pay when I came down to eat out that evening. Two hours later, while I was sound asleep, a shrill phone call woke me up. Then a staff member came to my room with a POS machine demanding payment. It's so bizarre! The bathroom walls were peeling, the shower was unusable (the water was spraying onto the walls), and the faucets were severely yellowed. I changed rooms, and the shower there was also unusable. Finally, the third room was normal, but it smelled strongly of smoke! It was absolutely awful, the worst I've ever seen.

This hotel must have been a thriving business, but now it's probably declining and in decline! The bedside was noticeably dusty, and the hotel only had a place to store your luggage, with no luggage check-in slips. Hopefully, this will improve!

The family traveled with the children. We chose a family room. The price was very affordable in the peak season of summer vacation. The breakfast was very rich and the children were very happy during their stay.

The front desk staff were not professional, and the elevator buttons were unresponsive.

The room is quite big, and the towels have been used for too long, and they have no texture. Especially the front desk service is poor. When checking in, they especially emphasized a quiet room, but the couple opposite was getting married the next morning, so it was noisy at 5:30 in the morning, and they started rehearsing, with about 30 people talking in one room. Congratulations to the newlyweds, but the hotel's service is too poor, and they don't know how to provide noise isolation for guests. Really speechless!

The room is quite spacious, sanitary, clean and tidy. The waitress Fang Yaying on the 20th floor has a very good sense of service and makes people feel at home. It is a five-star rating. Because of her presence, I stay in this hotel almost every time I go on business.
