The room arranged by Ivy was great, and I also got a late check-out. I had a very satisfying stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Recommended by local friends in Changchun, the hotel environment is excellent, and the facilities are very new. You can see the city's night view from your room. It snowed all night, and in the morning, everything was beautifully covered in white. They proactively asked about our room preferences, and the staff at every post were incredibly enthusiastic and always willing to help. Truly excellent service!

Huge thanks to Luna at guest services for sending the check-in guide in advance and helping us add breakfast during our stay! The hotel's location and ambiance are great, and some rooms even offer views of MixC, which is absolutely stunning at night. The mattress was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. All the staff were very professional, and we could request room cleaning whenever needed. My experience was absolutely perfect!

The bathroom wasn't very clean on the day of check-in, which was quite shocking to see, especially with urine stains. However, there aren't any better hotel options in the area. This is genuinely the first time I've encountered such poor bathroom hygiene.

Great. Everything was excellent. The concierge was especially enthusiastic and helpful. The staff at the entrance helped with our luggage, and the breakfast buffet was also very good.

Our room had a large window offering stunning city night views, and the personalized butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From the small details to the overall experience, you could feel the hotel's dedication everywhere. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This was my second stay here. The hotel is located right in the heart of Changchun. Ivy arranged a great room for me, and her check-in tips were very useful. Throughout my stay, Ivy also sent thoughtful reminders about the outdoor weather and temperature, advising me to dress warmly – she was incredibly attentive! Penny also extended my check-out time, which I really appreciated. 😊 I'll definitely keep coming back!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency Changchun. The service is truly top-notch — the staff are exceptionally friendly, and their responses are always fast and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, they handled everything promptly and professionally. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices, making mornings very enjoyable. The only small point to note is that some of the furniture is a bit dated, as the hotel has been around for quite some time. However, this did not affect our overall comfort or experience. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service and a fantastic breakfast.

This is the best hotel in Changchun. The front desk upgraded me to the highest floor, and the room offered a great view overlooking the entire city. The room was spacious, the sofa was grand, and it was kept very clean. The butler, Hero, was incredibly thoughtful, promptly addressing any issues I had and even helping me extend my stay for another day. The room facilities were also well-maintained, but the service truly stood out. Definitely my top choice in Changchun.

Opting for the Grand Hyatt Changchun for my trip was a great choice; the overall experience was excellent. From its convenient location and quality service to the well-appointed facilities, everything truly reflected the standard of a high-end hotel. The hotel's location is undoubtedly a major highlight. Situated in the prime area of Renmin Avenue, it boasts direct underground access to Jiefangdalu Subway Station, making daily commutes hassle-free regardless of the weather. Directly opposite is MixC City, offering a one-stop solution for shopping, dining, and movies. Within walking distance, you'll also find leisure spots like Mudan Garden and Children's Park, making it incredibly convenient for family outings. The thoughtful details in their service were particularly impressive. Even before check-in, I received a call from staff confirming my arrival time and asking about room preferences. Upon arrival, the front desk efficiently handled check-in and proactively provided information on hotel facilities and local attractions. When staying with a child, the staff thoughtfully prepared a children's bathrobe, slippers, and toiletries, showing great attention to detail. Subsequent interactions were just as smooth: the concierge swiftly stored luggage, the delivery robot was prompt with external deliveries, and all staff members were friendly and easy to communicate with. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that was clean and odor-free. Being on a higher floor, it offered expansive views of parts of the city. Amenities like a Bose sound system and an HD TV were all available, and the soft, comfortable bedding ensured a quality night's sleep. The complimentary mini-bar and fresh welcome fruit further enhanced the pleasant stay. Hotel facilities were also top-notch. The indoor heated pool had clean water, and the fitness center was well-equipped, making it convenient for a post-meal workout or a relaxing swim. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, ranging from Chinese congee, noodles, and dim sum to Western pastries and Japanese/Korean dishes, catering to various palates.

The lobby staff were great; they helped with my luggage and spoke excellent English. However, the restaurant staff weren't as good. I had to leave early in the morning and only had a small bowl of noodles and a coffee. The noodles were literally just a mouthful. I asked if I could take some breakfast to go, and the waitress seemed quite unhappy. I had to ask her again to pack it, and she eventually did – just four small buns and two eggs. When I thanked her as I left, she completely ignored me. On the other hand, the pool staff were very good and had a great attitude.

The hotel facilities are a bit old. The room hygiene was just so-so, and I even saw some small bugs. The breakfast variety and taste, compared to similar hotels, were only average. The advantage, of course, is the location. There aren't many five-star hotels in Changchun to begin with, and even fewer in the city center, so relatively speaking, there aren't many better options than this place. The hotel's gym is good; the equipment brands are decent, and although some are old, they cover most muscle groups for a workout.

Facilities: The hotel is old and shows signs of wear and tear everywhere. The air conditioning is poor, the vents are tiny, and the bed sags severely on the side, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Hygiene: There was dust everywhere – on the tables, cabinets, chairs, and windowsills. The bathtub had black residue, clearly indicating that the staff only changed the sheets and emptied the trash, neglecting a proper clean. There were even bugs in the room that bit my family members. Environment: The subway station downstairs and the MixC mall across the street offer convenient access to food and drink. Service: The lobby staff were excellent, but the room service was average. I requested a high floor and a merged twin bed, and the front desk accommodated both. The welcome fruit, redeemed with points, was only delivered after we returned from dinner. It was just a plate with one banana, one peach, and one apple – very haphazard, especially compared to the fruit platters usually offered elsewhere. Anyone who stays here will regret it. After all, when you travel, you expect cleanliness and comfort, but this Hyatt in Changchun completely fails to meet those standards!

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The hotel's location is excellent, right across from MixC. And the hotel's environment and facilities are, as expected, of a high standard, guaranteed by its reputation as a long-standing star-rated hotel. The front desk staff was very thoughtful. Seeing that there were three of us staying in a twin room, they specifically offered to make up the sofa bed for us so we'd have more space. Very happy with Changchun and very happy with the Grand Hyatt! Will definitely come again!
