Atour Hotel (Changchun Oriental Plaza, Jiatai)

The room was great, and there was even a small gift before we left. The service was excellent 👍🏻 and the environment was very comfortable!

The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with smart home features, and the air conditioning was comfortable. It was super convenient to walk to restaurants and shops, and there were even street food stalls under the overpass right downstairs! The hotel breakfast was also pretty good with a decent variety of options. Below the restaurant, there's a reading and co-working area.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. On the night we checked in, there was a random pair of underwear hanging in the shower. Since it was late, we didn't want to disturb anyone, so we decided to deal with it the next day. When we went to bed, we noticed the pillowcases were so yellow, it was disgusting, and there were also some inexplicable yellow stains on the bedsheet. The next morning, we approached the hotel to resolve this, but their attitude was uncooperative and dismissive. They insisted on giving me an Atour Hotel gold card, which made me wonder if an Atour gold card is really worth so much. We reported the unclean bedding to the hotel the next morning before heading out. When we returned in the afternoon, the bedding hadn't been changed. Not a single hotel manager contacted us to address the issue. Ultimately, I have to thank Trip.com for helping us resolve this problem, but Atour is now permanently blacklisted for me.

The service was incredibly attentive. The lobby offered a great selection of coffee and beverages, and the reading nook was a nice touch. Our room was spotless, and the breakfast spread was fantastic.

The hotel has a great environment, and the service is quite good too. There's a charming little book corner on the first floor that's quite unique.

This is a great family room with a cartoon design, and the kids absolutely loved it. It's located right by Taihu Lake, so you can go for a swim or enjoy the hot springs. There's even a small water park within the hot springs area, which the children had a blast in. We'd definitely come back if we have the chance. The service was excellent and the location is fantastic too! 😊

My stay here exceeded my expectations, so I have to give it a five-star rating. The room was meticulously cleaned, had no strange odors, the bed was soft, and it was very quiet at night, allowing for a truly restful sleep. The staff were attentive and polite, and any issues were promptly addressed. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and complete facilities. Overall comfort was exceptional, making it ideal for business trips or temporary stays. I've already saved this place and will definitely be back next time.

The cleanliness and overall environment of Atour Hotel are great. The only two issues were the slow air conditioning in the room and the front desk repeatedly asking for all guests' phone numbers to sign them up for membership during check-in. Is this a store promotion? It was quite puzzling.
